You may cancel your subscription at any time through the parent portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree to use ReadingWillow only for lawful educational purposes.

You must not use the service to transmit any harmful code, interfere with the platform's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

The content, structure, and design of ReadingWillow, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ReadingWillow or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

ReadingWillow utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) assistance to support the development of its platform architecture and to help generate and refine educational content.

This technology allows us to provide a high-quality, diverse, and efficient learning experience while maintaining our strict pedagogical standards and curriculum alignment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadingWillow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we strive to maintain high standards of reliability.
