ReadingWillow collects the information you choose to provide when you subscribe, contact us, join a parent plan, or use the parent portal.

Depending on the service, this may include your email address, parent name, student name, student email address, grade level, and any notes you choose to submit.

We use your information only to operate ReadingWillow services. This includes sending daily emails, managing subscriptions, delivering learning content, processing support requests, and helping parents manage students and billing access.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share anyone's email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

ReadingWillow validates submitted data before it is processed. Our forms and API requests use structured validation to reduce invalid or unsafe input and to help protect the service from malformed submissions.

Sensitive subscription actions, including unsubscribe flows and session handling, use signed tokens and secure server-side checks to help prevent tampering.

Administrative and parent portal sessions are protected with signed cookies and secret keys stored in server-side environment variables.

Parent subscription payments are processed through Stripe. ReadingWillow does not store full card details on its own servers.

Billing-related identifiers, such as Stripe customer and subscription references, may be stored so we can manage access, renewals, and subscription status securely.

We use trusted service providers to send emails and operate the platform, including services such as Resend, Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe where applicable.

Your email address is used only for the services you requested, such as daily motivation, lesson delivery, parent portal access codes, subscription updates, or direct support communication.

You may unsubscribe from ReadingWillow emails at any time. There is no restriction on unsubscribing.

Our emails include unsubscribe links, and those requests are processed securely. If you choose to unsubscribe, we will stop future messages for that service unless you subscribe again later.

We do not share subscriber or parent email addresses with outside organisations for advertising or mailing-list distribution.

Information is only used with service providers that help us run ReadingWillow securely and reliably.

You remain in control of whether you continue receiving emails from ReadingWillow.

Parents can also use the parent portal to manage student access and subscription-related actions connected to their account.
