SECTION VII.—CuaAuse l. Allbills for raising reve-nue shall originate in the House of Representativ +s; but theSenate may propose or concur with amendments, as onother bills. CLAUSE 2. Every bill which shall have passed theHouse of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before itbecome a law, be present d to the President of the United_ States; if he approve, he shallsign it, but if not, he shallreturn it, with his objections, to that house in whichit shall have originated, who shall enter the objections
